What we do

Watch-folder automation for documents. Define a rule once: watch this folder or inbox, split multi-document scans at the right boundaries, convert to the target format, extract the fields that determine the filename such as client name and date, rename to a template, and file into the correct destination in cloud storage or a document management system. Errors go to an exception folder with a reason. It runs unattended and reports daily on what it processed.
